Bear Spear Head

Both edges are sharp and can be sharpened further to a razor likeness, which is key for hunting spears to both penetrate deeply and cause severe internal organ damage.

Weighing 446g, both spear point blades once attached to a spear handle (usually a wood spear shaft), provide a strong center-of-gravity for almost any length and material choice of hunting spear, yet the hunter spear will remain easily thrown and with good accuracy, power and range.

Not only designed for bears, but also the right size and weight for a hog spear. A bit too large for a deer hunting spear however.

Also useful for survival situations, the tip of the spear can be used as a basic shovel for digging and of course by holding onto the handle, or even attaching a small wooden handle, these spear tips may also be used as a survival knife or jungle machete.
