They make excellent basic carpentry tools, with a spike tip that can be sharpened for wood mortise chiselling, or dulled for mason work as required. The primary axehead can be used for custom shaping and sizing a great variety wood projects.
The handle is re-enforced with a full tang steel core, which adds great strength and a longer lifespan to the handle, and the axehead a high carbon tool steel forge – holding a reliable edge for longer and with very low risk of chipping.
