The full tang construct is forged from a single piece of folded high carbon steel. This steel is naturally resilient and holds a lasting razor sharp battle effective edge. The blade surface is electroplated purple and finally hand sharpened and polished using traditional Japanese methods.

Quality is further extended into the accessories, created in full Japanese character, from the hardwood + synthetic leather & cord handle, solid brass sword fittings and the lion themed hardwood scabbard.
