Riot Suit Armor

Sharp and blunt weapons such as swords, knives and clubs have little to no structural effect or penetration. Even high velocity sharp and blunt missiles attacks will not penetrate and will only cause minor armor deformations.

This suit encompasses excellent flexibility, ventilation and thus temperature moderation for battle conditions. It is primarily suited for high risk riot environments where avoiding hand attacks, and ranged missile attacks often prove impossible. The suit is built to take heavy damage, and it will do this remarkably well.

The suit includes head & face, upper body, shoulder, arm, wrist, thigh, shin and foot protection.

Riot Armor Specifications:

• Adjustment: Suit joints can be adjusted to meet heights between 160 ~ 190cm.
• Main materials: Energy absorbing plastic moulded armor.
• Stab performance: Puncture penetration (no tip penetration) up to 20J of kinetic energy.
• Impact resistance: All protective components are not damaged or cracked from Impacts up to 120J of kinetic energy.
• Striking energy absorption properties: Chest and back armour has been tested to protect against strike impacts up to 100J of kinetic energy, with indentation of approximately ≤12mm.
• Flame retardant results: All protective parts of the suit will protect against a continued burn up to 10 seconds.
• Structural connection strength: Buckle strength: ≥500N; Velcro fastening strength: ≥7.0N; Power connections: ≥2000N.
