The weapon is perfectly balanced for a wide range of attack styles, including cutting, lopping and devastating thrust attacks. Furthermore, the overall combat sword size is modest, being adaptable to both close quarters and open field engagements.

The full tang and single edged sword design by default produces a very robust and battle hardy blade, which is needed when violently clashing blades and striking armour.
