Simple to use and resembling a full sized Japanese Katana sword, this wooden sword Samurai bokken is designed for shadow practice and sword training – in replacement of the rattan bamboo Shinai sword which is rather used as a Kendo contact sparring sword.
Great for rigorous training and daily practice, these training swords are very comfortable and more importantly, safe to use with a dull wooden blade edge.

Both options come in Shirasaya sword form with a very hard Wenge wood blade. The difference being, one wooden sword is constructed entirely with Wenge wood (including the handle and scabbard), while the other wood sword is crafted with a red rosewood handle and scabbard.
Both Shirasaya Katana models are high in ornamental sword value, very collectable and make an excellent Japanese wooden sword for training and shadow practice.
