Small Game Skinning Knife

Fitted with a 5Cr13MoV blade, which is a modern iron-base steel alloyed with on average 0.5% Carbon, 13% Chromium and smaller amounts of Molybdenum, Vanadium and Manganese. Blade characteristics include excellent toughness and resilience, good hardness, easy sharpening to a razor-sharp degree and excellent corrosion resistance.

Completed with a modern G10 handle material, providing a tough and very durable hand-grip for the outdoors. The knife is holstered within a Kydex sheath which is generally worn on a waist-belt. 

A great squirrel skinner and rabbit knife, and effective for field processing wild birds, such as goose, duck and turkey.
