Estimated delivery times
Standard international post typically takes around 10-30 working days to arrive to most countries. If you live in a remote country or destination, the delivery time may be longer. In some cases, we may upgrade your order to an expedited or express service free of charge.
All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 30 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us about a late or lost shipment. If you haven’t received your order after 30 working days please contact us at [email protected] so we can check on your delivery for you.
In the rare case of a lost order, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge or provide you with a full refund.
Tracking numbers:
Due to the nature of lithium battery transport, tracking to some countries may only become available when it enters into the destination country. To request your tracking number, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
PO BOX delivery
We will happily ship most orders to your PO box address. If however, a courier service is needed to ship your item, we will notify you and ask for your street address to successfully deliver your order.
Customs and duty taxes
Customs and duty taxes are included in the purchase price for the following countries only: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. This means you will not need to pay any additional VAT or Taxes when your order arrives to you.
We do not cover customs and duty taxes to countries that are not listed above such as African countries (South Africa, Nigeria, Morocco etc), South and Central American countries (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico etc), Caribbean countries (Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica etc), Asian countries (Indonesia, Japan etc) and any other country that is not listed above. This means that all and any other charges such as customs and import taxes are the sole responsibiliy of the customer.
If a customer fails to pay import taxes or customs fees, the package may be returned to sender or destroyed. If a customer fails to pay import charges or customs fees or fails to clear customs, we reserve the right to withhold any refund on purchase price and / or shipping fees.
Express Shipping
If you need your item express shipped, please contact us prior to ordering at [email protected] with the details of the item and destination of shipment. Express shipping may incur an additional fee and we will quote you the express options available to you along with associated costs.
