The construct is a full tang modern 7cr13mov blade, which has a high carbon content alloyed with stainless steel & other metals, creating a hard & razor sharp edge which is resilient against both blade fracture & edge chipping. A tough K10 handle is bolted to the tang, and the knife is housed in a simple nylon sheath – to be worn on the hip.
