Not a bokken built for contact sparring, but rather a wooden Chinese sword purposed for repetition sword training. These full sized wooden swords resemble four Chinese Jian swords of differing size grades.

Entirely constructed from compressed bamboo, the whole wood sword is hard, strong, lightweight and very alluring in aesthetic. The blade is resilient as well as strong and tough, and although these Jian Chinese swords are not designed for clashing blades, they are more than ideal for safe sword training and shadow practice.
