Compact Shovel

The handle construct is a lightweight aluminum alloy with nearly the same strength as steel and with the additional benefit of excellent corrosion resistance. Firmly attached to the outside of the tube handle is a non-slip rubber grip, which ensures a strong hand-grip even with a sweaty or wet hand. 

Extremely compact at 37cm in overall tool length, and even shorter when folded, these units would make a great backcountry shovel for gold prospecting or an effective survival shovel for the wilderness. Also a good 4×4 recovery, garden or camping shovel option.
