Double Edged Japanese Sword

Forged with folded steel, which is a mixture of 1045 soft steel, 1060 high carbon steel, manganese spring steel and many more smaller portions of other steels. This mixture is then folded multiple times to remove impurities, creating many hundreds of individual steel layers, finally producing arguably the best sword-making steel available, a technique renowned for smithing some of the world’s finest Katana blades.

The end result is a blade with a hard, reliable and unmatched razor sharp cutting edge, along with excellent blade elasticity and resilience against damage. Both of which are very important aspects of battle ready and true Katana.
