Level 4 Bulletproof Vest

Variations include Aluminium or Silicon-Carbide front & back inserts. Both materials are rated to NIJ IV, however Silicon-carbide provides an approximate 1.5kg vest weight reduction, which can make all the difference if on foot.

Two additional UHMW-PE inserts, rated at NIJ 3A are included, which can be used interchangeably for lower threat levels. 

These bullet proof vests are rated at the absolute highest protection level and are proposed for extreme threat levels, including that of very high caliber and armor piercing rounds. They are ideal for military vehicle crews, or anyone attracting heavy-caliber small arms fire.
