Replicated from a sword once owned by King Yu of China. Essentially a straight, double edged, Chinese Jian sword, this wooden training sword is not designed to be used as a sparring sword, but rather for shadow sword training, exercise and practice.
Commonly used as a specialized Taiji sword, or for Tai Chi sword exercise, and of course being intricately hand-carved, this wooden Chinese sword is collectable, ornamental and may even be used as a safe ceremonial sword.
