Fitted with a SK5 steel blade; which is a modern, highly refined, iron base-steel alloyed with on average 0.85% carbon and small amounts of silicon, phosphorus, sulfur and manganese. Characteristics include excellent blade hardness, toughness, wear-resistance, edge holding capacity, and fair blade resilience. 

Completed with a tough and durable hardwood handle, which provides a naturally comfortable hand-grip surface.
