Mushroom Knife With Brush

The blade easily and cleanly cuts into fungi, and the blade’s jimping facilitates both better hand control while cutting, and a more heavy-duty scraping tool than the built-in brush. 

Fitted with a 3Cr13MoV stainless steel blade; which is a modern, highly refined, iron base-steel alloyed with a high on average 0.4% carbon content, 13% chromium and smaller amounts of molybdenum and vanadium. Blade characteristics include fair toughness, hardness and wear resistance, very good corrosion resistance, and easy sharpening to a razor-likeness. 

Completed with a tough and durable rosewood handle, which provides a natural hand-grip surface and a solid recess housing for protecting the folding knife blade. The handle also features an engraved measurement ruler which aids fungi identification in the field.
