Further promoting perfection, is the very difficult process of clay-tempering the blade. This process precisely facilitates hardening of the blade’s edge, while leaving the blade’s core and spine softer and thus resilient. Definitely a marker of advanced sword-making technology and visibly identifiable on this sword’s blade. 

The matching Ebony hardwood handle & scabbard close seamlessly together, forming a staff sword stick – locked firmly with a pin and released with a trigger. The hardwood handle acts as a simple, sturdy and maintenance free handle grip, which is not only practical to use, but also presents in a clean, classic walking-stick form.
