T10 is one of the highest carbon content modern steels used for blade-smithing and arguably the best combat knife-making steel available, certainly forming a very lethal foundational core to this superb traditional dagger. Blade characteristics include a hard, tough, reliable & wear-resistant cutting edge, along with desirable blade resilience and good elasticity.

Further promoting perfection, is the very difficult process of clay-tempering the blade. This process precisely facilitates hardening of the blade’s edges, while leaving the blade’s core softer and thus resilient. Definitely a marker of advanced blade-making technology and visibly identifiable on this double edged dagger blade. 

Completed with a hardwood, wrapped with brass sheath, brass-fittings, and a matching hardwood, wrapped with brass handle, forming a traditional, practical and effective hand-grip.
