Forged with folded steel, which is a mixture of 1045 soft steel, 1060 high carbon steel, manganese spring steel and many more smaller portions of other steels. This mixture is then folded multiple times to remove impurities, creating over ten-thousand individual steel layers, finally producing arguably the best sword-making steel available, a technique renowned for smithing the finest combat sword blades. 

Completed with a very practical & real leather scabbard, solid brass fittings – all of which are intricate hand carved creations, and finally a handmade handle of genuine aged-Ebony hardwood, this Chinese curved sword is finished in full traditional fashion and with elaborate artistic execution.
