Forged with Damascus folded steel, which is a mixture of 1045 soft steel, 1060 high carbon steel, manganese spring steel and many more smaller portions of other steels. This mixture is then folded ten times to remove impurities, creating almost eight-thousand individual steel layers, finally producing arguably the best blade-making steel available, a technique renowned for smithing the finest combat blades. 

Finished with a very hard and strong boxwood handle, and solid brass fittings – intricately illustrated with the powerful Chinese dragon, this Chinese Guandao weapon is premium quality in its entirety and primed for high-end collection.
