This knife is both beautiful and well constructed. 3 main steel sections are forged welded together forming a triple layer blade system, which includes 67 layers of Damascus steel and a single core layer of composite stainless steel.

Damascus steel blades are reputed to be tough, resistant to shattering and are capable of being honed to a very sharp and resilient edge. With this world famous steel composition combined with the 10Cr15CoMoV stainless steel inner core makes these Damascus steel knives not only razor sharp, but also extremely resistant to rusting.

This Damascus kitchen knife is perfect for constant working use. It will hold a sharp edge for longer and will remain in optimal condition, even with constant exposure to water.
