This means the blade is fully battle effective, sharp and importantly, you can be sure the blade and the edge will survive even the most violent combat. 

The lacquered hardwood scabbard and intricate sword fittings, complement the sword nicely. And the hardwood, wrapped with synthetic leather & quality polyester cord form a traditional sword aesthetic and very effective Japanese Samurai handle grip.
