The construct is a full tang of advanced ATS-34 steel. This modern steel has a high carbon content which is alloyed to not only promote blade hardness and enduring edge sharpness, but also excellent blade resiliency and resistance to corrosion. A tough G10 handle with an effective grip is bolted to the tang, and the knife is housed within a premium Kydex sheath, which may be worn on the hip.
