Two Handed Jian Sword

Forged into a unique double concave blade shape, producing natural double fullers or blood-grooves, both excess blade weight is reduced and efficient blood-letting increased, which are both highly desirable characteristics of any war blade. 

Finally, after the forging and quenching process, the blade is traditionally hand sharpened and polished, producing a highly refined blade end-result. All sword and scabbard fittings, the handle, dragon themed scabbard and dragon head hand-guard are intricately hand carved from pure copper or solid brass – and bronze, silver or gold color gilded. These are very beautiful traditional artworks.
