Not a bokken built for contact sparring, but rather a wooden practice sword purposed for repetition sword training. These full sized wooden swords resemble a full scale Liuyedao sword, and a two handed Chinese sabre sword.
Entirely constructed from compressed bamboo, the whole wood sword is hard, strong, lightweight and very alluring in aesthetic. The blade is resilient as well as strong and tough, and although these wooden Chinese swords are not designed for clashing blades, they make a very safe and easy to use sword saber for sword training and shadow-practice.
