Blade characteristics include a hard & tough, reliable & durable cutting edge, along with desirable blade resilience and good elasticity, which 1095, being technically a higher carbon content spring steel, is renowned for.
Completed with a modern G10 handle, which provides a tough, durable and strong hand-grip surface. And included with a quality Kydex sheath which securely houses the knife and is generally worn on a waist-belt.
