Ceremonial Dagger

Equipped with a folded steel blade, which is a hammer-welded mixture of 1095 & 1060 high carbon steel, manganese spring steel, 1045 soft steel and many more smaller portions of other steels. This mixture is then folded multiple times to remove impurities, creating many hundreds of individual steel layers, finally producing arguably the best blade-making steel available.

The process and technique is renowned for smithing the finest combat knife blades, and certainly forms a very lethal foundational core to this superb traditional knife. 

Further promoting perfection, is the very difficult process of clay-tempering the blade. This process precisely facilitates hardening of the blade’s edges, while leaving the blade’s core softer and thus resilient. Definitely a marker of advanced blade-making technology and visibly identifiable on this double edged dagger blade. 

Completed with a hardwood, wrapped with brass sheath, brass-fittings, and a matching hardwood, wrapped with brass handle – with many decorations plated in genuine gold and silver.
