Damascus Chinese Sword

Forged with folded steel, which is a mixture of 1045 soft steel, 1060 high carbon steel, manganese spring steel and many more smaller portions of other steels. This mixture is then folded multiple times to remove impurities, creating over many hundreds of individual steel layers, finally producing arguably the best sword-making steel available, a technique renowned for smithing the finest combat sword blades. 

Finished with a dark Ebony hardwood handle & scabbard, and exquisite fittings of pure copper, all of which are hand-carved artworks, gilded in real gold & silver gilt, this decorative and sacred sword certainly makes a treasured piece of combat functional, martial art.
