This classic design of Chinese sword with its archetypal broad-blade, is not only extremely reliable for combat, but also importantly the weapon strikes with mass. This, coupled with its curved broadsword design, produces one of the hardest hitting sword blows of any battle sword.

Equipped with high manganese steel blade, which is a modern, highly refined iron base-steel alloyed with on average 11% manganese, 0.6% carbon, and significant amounts of chromium, silicon and vanadium. 

It’s a high carbon steel, well known for its almost perfect balance of good blade strength, hardness, toughness, edge-holding capacity, as well as renowned blade elasticity and excellent resilience, with very similar characteristics to a 1060 carbon steel sword blade. High Manganese steel is without a doubt, one of the most versatile steels available, and arguably the best blade-making steel for a true combat sword. 

Completed with beautiful & premium-grade brass fittings, and a hardwood, wrapped with quality-cord handle, providing a classic and very strong hand-grip.
