Modelling Knife

The replaceable blades are made from SK5 steel; which is a modern, highly refined, iron base-steel alloyed with on average 0.85% carbon and small amounts of silicon, phosphorus, sulfur and manganese. Characteristics include excellent blade hardness, toughness, wear-resistance, edge holding capacity, and fair blade resilience. 

Fitted with a genuine walnut hardwood handle, the tool feels great in hand, and as a whole is built to last. Simply tighten the handle to secure a fresh replacement blade in the metal collet. 

A great art, craft and hobby knife, applicable to leather-work, plastic carving, wood scribing and more.
