Ninjato Sword

Historically, a simplistic single edged, Japanese straight sword, easy to make in secret, dark in color and designed for cutting and thrusting attacks. The Ninja sword Katana, along with the unconventional fighting style of Ninjutsu were adopted by the peasant class and later in history used as a Shinobi sword, an underground shadow power that even today is still shrouded in mystery. 

The most valuable part of any sword is its blade, with this folded steel Katana blade certainly forming a high core standard of this fully functional and battle ready Katana Ninja sword. 

Forged with folded steel, which is a mixture of 1045 soft steel, 1060 high carbon steel, manganese spring steel and many more smaller portions of other steels. This mixture is then folded multiple times to remove impurities, creating many hundreds of individual steel layers, finally producing arguably the best sword-making steel available, a technique renowned for smithing Japanese Katana blades.

The black, lacquered hardwood scabbard and premium sword fittings, complement the grey, dark sword handle well. And the hardwood, wrapped with leather form a traditional and very effective Shinobi Katana handle grip.
