Fitted with a 8Cr13MoV blade, which is a modern iron-base steel alloyed with on average 0.8% Carbon, 14% Chromium and smaller amounts of Molybdenum, Vanadium, Silicon, Manganese, Sulfur and Phosphorus. Blade characteristics include good toughness, excellent hardness, easy sharpening to a razor-sharp degree and excellent corrosion resistance.

Completed with a 440C steel handle which is securely bolted to the knife’s inner housing and large ring loop extension.
