A beautifully crafted wooden longsword.
These Miao Dao training swords are constructed with a resilient and hard bamboo wood.
This material is lightweight, flexible and extremely resilient. The swords are comfortable to use for long periods of drill and are much safer for training than dulled steel blade practice swords.
Ideal for repetitive weapons martial arts training and sword practice.
A true-to-size, wood Miaodao sword.
Not a bokken built for contact sparring, but rather a wooden practice sword purposed for repetition sword training. This very long Miao Dao sword, is technically a greatsword, and is the Chinese sword equivalent of the Japanese Nodachi or Odachi sword.
This Chinese longsword is a saber, a sleek, balanced weapon, capable of equally effective cutting, slashing and thrusting attacks. Of-course however, this is a wood sword and proposed only as a training sword.
Constructed with a solid and very hard Wenge wood, which has a very tight grain structure, and is one of the hardest and most durable wood species used for making Chinese wooden swords.
Safe for public ornate sword display, collectable and a practical wooden longsword to train with.
