Fitted with a high quality stainless steel blade; which is a modern, highly refined, iron base-steel composed of a significant amount of carbon, high chromium and small amounts of other alloys. Characteristics include good blade hardness, toughness & wear-resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and an ability to be sharpened, and stropped to a razor sharp degree.

Completed with a Jichimu hardwood handle (commonly known as chickenwing wood), which is hard, tough, durable and often features a distinct chicken or quail feather pattern. 

The ideal wood carving knife for hooking, excavating, planing and cutting of soft woods, such as sandalwood and much more.
