It’s a high carbon steel, well known for its almost perfect balance of good blade strength, hardness, toughness, edge-holding capacity, as well as renowned blade elasticity and excellent resilience, with very similar characteristics to a 1060 carbon steel blade. High Manganese steel is without a doubt, one of the most versatile steels available, and arguably the best blade-making steel for a modern sword. 

The full tang, which is bound with synthetic leather forms a very practical hand-grip, and more than this, the one piece sword design provides real reliability. Included with a practical synthetic leather scabbard which makes transporting this sharp sword easy and safe.
